About Gizem Cetgin

With a longstanding history of transforming and unleashing leadership and team potential, Gizem Cetgin is known for her ability to unlock behavioral change to achieve conscious leadership mastery. As a sought-after Executive, Leadership, and Team-Building Coach and Leadership Development Consultant, she excels in bridging emotional and relationship intelligence with logic and analytical thinking that enables clients to achieve new levels of self-awareness, empathy, and connection needed for personal leadership and team mastery.

Strategic and deeply human-centric, she engages clients at the heart-level while keeping end goals and practical results at the center. Recognized for her ability to build credibility and trust with a diverse spectrum of clients, Gizem conveys seemingly unapproachable concepts in a manner that resonates with, invites, and encourages audience participation and engagement. Possessing strong facilitation skills, she can get the best out of group environments and connect group participants with their “whys” and commitment—and move them into action.

As an ICF-certified coach and ORSC-trained team coach with a product and innovation consulting background, she has served clients such as Red Hat, Fidelity Investments, Keller Williams, and Oxford University Press. Prior to founding her company Omnipresence Consulting and Coaching, Gizem worked with Fortune 500 executives to formulate and lead innovation and cultural change strategies, train employees to turn ideas into innovative products, and build innovation ecosystems.

Rounding out her credentials, Gizem is also a certified coach by Duke Integrative Medicine, an advanced practitioner in Team Diagnostic Survey, a scientifically validated method to identify the necessary conditions for teams to be effective and is certified in facilitating the Emotional and Social Competence Inventory Assessment, a 360-assessment for leaders to identify strengths and development opportunities.

Additionally, she completed the Inner MBA Certificate from NYU, an award-winning program that trains leaders on self- leadership and creating conscious and resilient cultures. Leveraging her business experience, MBA from North Carolina State University, and BS degree in Chemical Engineering, she can relate quickly to highly analytical clients.

Originally hailing fromTurkey, Gizem today calls North Carolina home, and brings a multicultural international lens to the table when coaching clients.
